Before joining All America Elite, Jimmy held Director of Operations roles at both the University of the Incarnate Word and McNeese State University. In those positions, he was responsible for overseeing program logistics, strategic planning, travel coordination, internal operations, and daily administrative management within NCAA Division I athletic programs. His leadership ensured operational excellence, structure, and efficiency at every level of the organization. At All America Elite, Jimmy leads all operational systems while directing sponsorship development and corporate partnerships. He is instrumental in building sustainable relationships with community partners and business sponsors that directly support athlete development and program growth. His ability to combine structure with vision helps position All America Elite as a professional, organized, and forward-thinking program. Above all, Jimmy is deeply committed to helping young athletes succeed. His passion lies in creating opportunities, building strong foundations, and ensuring every athlete has access to the resources and support needed to reach their full potential.
